Privacy Policy

Last updated · 2026-05-27

This page describes what data Orvoma collects, processes, and stores. It is written plainly because the answer is short.

The short version. Orvoma does not run analytics, set cookies, embed tracking pixels, or load third-party fonts on this website. We do not have forms in v1. We do not sell data. The only third-party service a visitor encounters is Calendly — and only if you click the booking link.

01Who we are

Orvoma is a US-based business solutions firm operated by a sole proprietor, Andrew. We surface operational and pricing inefficiencies inside fixed-fee MSAs, vendor contracts, and scope agreements for mid-market commercial real estate operators.

For any privacy question, contact andrew@orvoma.com.

02What data we collect

Essentially none. When you visit orvoma.com, Orvoma itself collects nothing.

This is a deliberate design choice. The site is intended to be read, not measured.

03Forms and submissions

Orvoma does not operate web forms in v1 of this site. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no quote request form.

If forms are added in a future revision, they will POST to Orvoma's own infrastructure. We will not route submissions through third-party form processors. This section will be updated before any such form ships.

04Third-party links

The site's primary call to action — Book pricing leak discovery — links to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you click that link you leave orvoma.com and are governed by Calendly's privacy practices, not ours.

Calendly's privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy. If you book a discovery call, the data you submit to Calendly (name, email, time slot) is held by Calendly and forwarded to Andrew via the calendar invite.

05Server and hosting logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's global edge network records standard access logs as part of delivering the page — IP address, user agent, requested URL, response code, timestamp. These logs are produced by Cloudflare under their terms and are not exported, joined, or analyzed by Orvoma.

Cloudflare's privacy notice covers what they collect at the edge.

06Your rights — EU / UK (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

Because Orvoma collects no personal data through this website, most of these rights are moot — there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. They are listed here so the rights themselves are explicit. If you have corresponded with Andrew by email and want that correspondence deleted, write to andrew@orvoma.com.

07Your rights — California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Orvoma does not sell or share personal information. We have no advertising relationships, no data brokers, and no commercial intermediaries. There is nothing to opt out of because there is no sale.

08Children's privacy

Orvoma is a business-to-business service directed at commercial real estate operators. The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone in that age group.

09Data retention

Because nothing is collected, nothing is retained. Email correspondence with Andrew is held in a standard business mailbox for the duration of the engagement and reasonable record-keeping thereafter. Deletion requests honored on receipt.

10Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised and the new version will replace this page. Material changes — for example, the addition of a form that collects personal data — will be reflected before the change ships.

11Contact

Any question, request, or correction relating to privacy: andrew@orvoma.com.

This policy is written in plain English. If a clause is unclear, the plain reading governs, and Orvoma will not rely on technical ambiguity to expand what it does with your data.
